50% Reimbursement for the Installation of an Overhead Sewer

The Village of Northbrook offers an Overhead Sanitary Sewer Cost Participation Program on a first-come-first-serve basis, to assist property owners in protecting their home from sewer backups during intense wet weather conditions.

Eligible homeowners may qualify for a 50% cost sharing, up to a maximum of $5,000 for installing an overhead sewer system if your home is built before 1965.
